Privacy is another thing you should take into consideration. If you like complete privacy, a house is probably a better option for you. Your budget is also a major factor when deciding to buy a home. Depending on where you want to live, you have to keep your budget in mind regardless if you go house or condo. In the future you may find that your likings have changed, but you can always try to sell your home and choose one that is better suited for you at that point in your life.
