In spite of the difficulties many are facing when trying to finance a home, people still want to own their own home. You can also finally have a place with the freedom to paint, add, or edit in any way that you choose. Most rental properties do not allow you to alter or add to the landscaping. With your own home, you are free to choose which plants and trees you want. You can even plant fruits or vegetables as you please. While younger people may be looking for a place for their growing family, older people may be looking for a smaller home now that their children are grown and on their own. Homes are for people of all ages looking to put down roots whether it be for a short time or for a lifetime. Home, your own piece of America!
