Fall provides a large variety of fruits, nuts, vegtables and grasses that can be used to decorate your home for the entire season, inside and out. For example, you can use pumpkins with the same shape but in different sizes and colors to decorate an end table in your home accompanied by leaves and grapevines and a glass vase. You can make acorn napkin rings using tiny drill holes and wire for your dining room table. You can also tie a grouping of Indian corn ears together to hang from a cabinet door or wall. Jars filled with dried corn and seeds make a colorful display in your kitchen and dining area. You can also decorate your table with a hurricane vase filled with about 2 inches of white beans and a branch of yellow berries or red kidney beans with orange berries. Arrange brightly colored real or artificial apples on your mantel, on decorative urns in different heights. Bring in the beauty of individual fall leaves by displaying them in glass beakers or miniature vases alongside a small gourd or mini pumpkin for extra shape, color and texture. An easy and attractive fall plant arrangement you can also use outside is to begin with a metal tub and fill it with fountaingrass, autumnlight, croton, and wheat stalks. So many more fall plants and produce can be used in so many more different ways to bring in the color and warmth of this beautiful season to your home all the way through Thanksgiving!
