Some of us are doing what we can to make small changes in our lives to be a little more "green," whether it be swapping out your windows for more energy-efficient ones or using reusable grocery bags. One of the easiest ways to live "green" and give back to your community is to simply de-clutter your home and donate what you don't need. Start in one room and make your way onto another one, but not until you finish where you started. Be realistic about what you want to keep or donate. If you're not sure about letting something go, put it out of the way in a separate box. If you don't touch it for a while then you probably don't need what's inside, so go ahead and donate it. This can be a long process so it wouldn't hurt to have a little company. They can help give you some advice about what you should keep and what you should donate. Giving back to your community is important, and you are helping out people who need it.
