Now is the perfect time to buy a home, but fear has struck the public. House hunters have been overcome with doubt that has disabled them to close out deals on attractive sales. Even in markets that haven't experienced this problem, buyers are still very cautious. Some are worried about making payments while others think they will be saving the longer they wait. Last year, home sales went down 25%. It's no wonder that buyers are holding back. As a result, real estate agents are getting used to clients and customers being fearful of buying. But real estate agents have learned that it will eventually happen when it's the right time. They understand that buying a house is a huge step and if the buyers are not ready, then there's no need to push them.
