Lenders are fighting back against allegations of flawed paperwork in tens of thousands of foreclosure proceedings. Two prominent lenders in the spotlight, Bank of American and GMAC, are leading the way in reseizing homes that had documentation under scrutiny. After reviewing their paperwork, they say they saw no signs of foul play. Representatives from both lenders claim only people that should be evicted are being evicted. Some states are still frozen, and they not satisfied with a court approval. Those states are still requiring a review before allowing forclosure proceedings to continue.
