Downtown Austin's luxury high-rise condos are bringing in buyers by the hundreds. People are anxious to move into the beautiful new buildings with amazing amenities. Austin real estate, especially downtown, has not shown many signs of suffering during the recession. The city's appealing housing and labor markets (not to mention the city's culture) bring thousands of people to Austin each week, which keeps the demand high.
