The Agave community in East Austin is breaking way in developing a whole subdivision of modern and eco-friendly homes. Each home is completely unique in design like a piece of art. Not to mention the myriad of bright colors that really make this neighborhood pop. There are almost 100 homes in the Agave subdivision, which was designed by a group of local architects. Buying a custom modern home, not to mention an energy efficient home, usually costs more than buying a traditional home. Agave has made these modern homes with green standards more affordable for the average buyer.
